Ensuite room required

Hey, I go by my last name Raja and iam 52 years old, I work in finance, I am abroad at the moment, now iam planning to move back in Jan 2025 and looking for a Ensuite room (preferably)with all bills inclusive around £700ish with parking and with professionals and preferably walking distance of JP Morgan. Iam a very tidy and quite person, but do enjoy good company and night out or even nights in, love watching movies, I was a house owner from 2004-2021 so I do know how to look after or respect a property from a owners point of view, I do like to cook at home but not like a chef, I prefer fresh food and air fryer kind of cooking or every now and then steak or fish on skillet, prefer healthy food at home, iam British national, I will be initially looking for 3 months ,but if we get on well I will be staying longer, if any references required please let me know what type of reference you will require, iam looking for peace and quite and clean place with Ensuite for privacy and parking, all bills included and walking distance to JP Morgan, thank you for reading my profile, wish you good luck👍🏽
