Looking for Room with my dog

Heyo! I am a 25-year-old art student with part-time work looking for a flat or room to share with my dog. I am a clean, tidy, and considerate person. I enjoy painting, making memes, watching movies, and playing guitar. I am currently in my final year of university and work some night shifts throughout the week. My dog is an 8-year-old cockapoo. She is very friendly and loves people. She doesn't shed and is well-behaved. I have lived for 3 years in a housing co-op and the other 3 with various flatmates so I have no problem living with others or having a communal vibe. I value my alone time but always appreciate a chit-chat or hang out. Must LGBT+ safe space.
