Friendly, Active, and Outgoing Flatmate Looking fo

Hi! I'm Holly, 31, and I'm looking for a friendly female flatmate to share a two-bedroom flat with (though I'm open to mixed 3 bedroom flats with a maximum of three people).

A little about me:
I work full-time Monday to Friday and also pick up a few extra shifts at a local restaurant. My job is hybrid, so I work from home three days a week, so I'd need space to set up a desk and a flat that's okay with hybrid working. When I'm not working, I'm usually out and about—catching up with friends and family, cycling everywhere, or at the gym. I love to travel often, but when I'm home, I enjoy a laid-back vibe where we can unwind, maybe share meals, or binge a good series together—but I’m equally very respectful of space and privacy.

I’m looking for a home where we can be respectful and friendly, with a good balance of downtime and socialising. It’s important for me to have a warm and welcoming environment, but also somewhere I can retreat to when I need some quiet time.

A bonus for me would be a flat with an en suite and some outdoor space (balcony/garden), but it’s not a dealbreaker. I’m quite flexible on the move-in date, but ideally, I’d like to be settled in by the new year. I’m looking for a 12-month+ tenancy and am open to a subletting setup, as long as everything is above board and I have a proper contract in place.
