My wife and I are looking for a studio or one-bedroom flat (or we’re also happy to lodge and share a home with a landlord).
📍 Location: I am working at BN1 4AA (Brighton) — so ideally within 10 miles (Hove, Portslade, Worthing, Shoreham, Burgess Hill, etc.).
💷 Budget: Up to £850 per month.
👨⚕️ About us:
I work full-time for the NHS, currently, sharing a ground-floor space with our kind landlord on first floor. Unfortunately, they now need the ground floor for their own mobility needs, so we’re searching for a new place to call home.
We’re a quiet, tidy, and respectful couple with a 5-month-old baby. We keep things calm and clean, and always pay rent on time. We’d really appreciate a comfortable, safe space to settle as a small family.
