Friendly person looking for a room to rent

I’m 25, living in Hove already, I work in fashion Buying and would consider myself a friendly considerate person. I’m tidy, social happy person but also like time to myself. I’m recently out of a long term relationship hence needing to find a new place. I have loved living with housemates & did for 4 years so I can provide references etc. Would love if we became friends as well as housemates but appreciate that may not be everyone’s thing. Im looking for a double bedroom in a house share around hove/ Brighton area.
