Looking for a Double room ideal for trainee teache

I am a trainee teacher resuming my training in January. My second school placement won't start until mid February. I would prefer a good sized double room so that I can fit my desk to do work and games in. I am generally quiet and keep to myself, though am not completely asocial.

When I start my second school placement, I will likely be getting up early in the morning, and will generally need a quiet evening environment so that I can get good sleep. Would prefer places that avoid midweek partying.

I am mildly allergic to cats but pets are not a deal breaker.
