I am a professional male aged 25. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 15/12/2024 and have a budget of £800pcm. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 21 and 35 years old. I'm an easy-going, tidy person who is respectful of others and enjoys a cosy, chilled out atmosphere. I spend my free time mainly with friends and family, enjoying Edinburgh’s coffee/food/drink scene, the outdoors, and hitting the gym when I have the energy! I like my own space but equally enjoy the company of others and general chat. Work wise, my pattern is the old 9 – 5, Mon – Fri, working a hybrid model with typically 2-3 days in the office.
