Looking for a room/flat/studio

Hello, I’m Toby
I’m a 19 year old Senior Youth Work Apprentice and have been in youth work since 14. I work full time, and work from home one day a week (most weeks) so owner would ideally be okay as me treating the room/flat/studio as a home.

I’m quiet (apart from the occasional shower concert) respectful, and clean. I do vape, but will always respect the house owners rules on where. I do not drink often at all, and would never have friends over. I love being chatty, but also respect peace and wanting to be left alone. Never hesitate to ask for a coffee and a chat!

In my spare time I enjoy gaming, and taking up hobbies I never stick too 😔 but don’t worry, I won’t be screaming, shouting and throwing controllers at Tv’s!

I am enhanced DBS checked, meaning I do not have a criminal record in any way.
