Looking for a flat in Edinburgh

I’m Arne, a professional from Germany excited to find a new place to call home, and hopefully some great people to share it with!

First about myself 😊
I will be working full-time mostly in the office and occasionally from home, so I’m usually out and about during the day.
I consider myself very adaptable, so if you prefer it tidy and clean I’m more than happy to dive into chores any time. I’m the kind of person who believes in cleaning-as-you-go so I will usually leave a place the way I found it (or better 😉).

In the evenings I’m happy to hang out, cook together, or just turn in for a quiet evening. I enjoy a good balance of socializing and alone time, and I’m equally comfortable hanging out together or giving everyone their space.

If you are into sports, we could go together! I’m pretty active and love playing basketball or just going to the gym if time allows. But I’m always up for a chat or a movie night!

What am I looking for?
I’d love to live with easygoing, considerate people who treat the place like a home. If you enjoy good vibes, keeping things peaceful but fun, and respect each other’s space and downtime, I think we’d get along great!
