✨ looking for a double room in Edinburgh!

hi! my name is Aimee and I’m a young Scottish graduate-professional (almost 22) who is looking for a flatshare in Edinburgh (moving from Livingston) ✨

i work in edinburgh south (close to the city centre) for an education charity, so would be looking for somewhere with good transport links/somewhere to park my car.

i work full time (9-6ish) with the option to occasionally WFH (but I do prefer office working!) so i would only be home in the evenings/weekends

i am looking for a friendly, tidy flatshare and would really love to be friends with future flatmates! my ideal flatshare situation would include nights where we can sit and be social but also enjoy and respect each other’s space and quiet time !!

i would also like to live with someone who doesn’t mind me having occasional guests (friends/family) over for dinners etc (nothing wild!! i value PJs and bed) - i don’t mind people having guests too (parties/lots of people with notice if possible !)

i would like to meet before committing to any moves to see if we get on as i am looking for a long-term flat.

i would also be down to buddy up with anyone also looking to find/start a new flatshare!

i am happy to live with female students/professionals, but if students we would need to share the council tax pls !! :)
