Looking for a friendly house share

Hiya!

I’m looking for a house share in Chorlton, Didsbury or close to/ in the city centre, as long as it’s near transport links, there’s somewhere to park my car and it’s a friendly enough area, I’m pretty open. I currently live in the city centre with my friend but she’s moving home to save up to buy, I’d love to save up for my own place so I’m looking for somewhere cheaper than what I’m paying now.

A bit about me

I’m from Jersey but have lived in Manchester for the past 7 years, absolutely love it here. I work freelance in Film/ Tv which means when I’m on a show it’s long hours so you might not see me much in the week but I’m always down to do something on the weekend. It also means I go away for work sometimes. In between jobs I’ll spend my time in cafes writing/ working on my own projects or I take the time to do some travelling. When I’m not working I love a spontaneous pint, beer gardens, going to the cinema, having a mooch around town, the odd night out and driving somewhere for a hike. I’m very sociable and it would be lovely to be able to hang out with my house mates but I’m also really independent and have my own circle and hobbies. I love animals so bonus points if you have one!

I’m very laid back but always clean and tidy. Happy for mixed gendered and shared bathrooms but would really like the house to have some outdoor space.

My current tenancy ends on the 3rd of June but I’m open to anything available up to a week before that. Was hoping for max of £700 including bills but I am open for the right place.
