Looking for a flatmate(s) to share 2/3 room house

Hi, I'm a Software Engineer moving to London in December. I'm looking for flatmates to share a flat with. I'm a friendly and clean person, always ready to have a chat with you!
I'd be working from home 2-3 days a week so will be home a lot!
I prefer to go to sleep with my kitchen super clean, so I'd expect my flatmate to put joint effort in keeping the house tidy!
I'm not a party guy, but I'd love to have a good conversation over food!
I am preferably looking for an en-suite bathroom, but I don't mind sharing a bathroom, with just one other person (so I would prefer houses with less bedrooms (less chaos)) :)
My partner lives in Glasgow and they would visit me for a few days a month, so I'd expect tolerance to overnight visitors.
I do not have an area preference, just that it should be commutable to/from Liverpool Street Station.
My budget is 1000 with bills, but I'm willing to consider upto 1100 if the house is worth it, and I'm opening to budding up and getting a good place together! :)
