Looking for someone to buddy up rent with

Looking preferably for someone who is like minded person to team up in finding a place to live In the Sa1 area I’m Friendly, outgoing , down to earth , easy going , young at heart , upbeat , positive and Respectful of others personal space .so i’m easy to be around . I work out of the area and spend a lot of time with family , so I won’t always be around , but I’m happy to create a positive , warm homely safe environment when I am at home . I like keeping things clean & tidy , Value honesty & politeness & happy people , I’m hoping to find someone who’s happy to share Bills & costs fairly & appreciate mutual Respect ..
Additionally I would be happy to find a room in shared accommodation 1 bathroom per 2 housemates either with bills included or bills to share equally which come to around £500 I need free parking space would Love to have use of a bath available in the property,, good size Room enough for Double wardrobe and bed and some draws , I don’t mind purchasing my own furniture ., something that has a nice bit of iNatural light coming into the room … I’m looking for somewhere in Swansea Sa1 area Saint Thomas , Port tennant Marina area nothing in Town . just need it easily accessible to M4 to neath / Glyneath and not too far from the areas i have mentioned as I want to be able to get to work quickly in the mornings / Afternoon & not have to be stuck in through Town / City Centre traffic .& be close to my family … If you already have a nice spacious room spare in your property with 1 other person sharing bathroom or are looking for someone to buddy up to rent somewhere please don’t hesitate to get in touch , I am very friendly & approachable 🙏
I’ve not rented in over 30 years as i owned my own family home .for many years . But I’ve worked in the same company for 12 years and it is permanent so have a steady income , my own car . I am looking for something Long term but would be happy to rent short term as long as it will potentially lead to something long term … my ad won’t be up for much longer .
