I’m a professional male aged 39 and looking for a double room available to move into from 01/04/2026. My budget is £1,100pcm, but can be altered for the right place. I’m happy to share with either males or females, ideally between 30 and 40 years old. I’m clean and tidy and respect other people’s space and privacy. I’ll be out during the week at work and on weekends I tend to head out to see friends or family. I enjoy my own space but I’m also social and would like a flatmate who I can catch up with from time to time.
