Quiet, Smoke-Free Person Looking for Room

Hi! I’m Jan and I’m looking for a room to rent in North London or somewhere nearby.

I’m a quiet, respectful person who values a calm and peaceful living environment. I don’t smoke and would prefer to live in a smoke-free household. Clean, well-maintained homes with good access to public transport and local amenities are ideal.

A little about me:
I work part-time in a print shop and I’m also a photographer.

I’d prefer to share with 1–2 quiet, considerate housemates, but I’m also open to a studio flat. If you have a studio available, I can stretch my budget.

I’m looking to move immediately and stay until the end of January a short-term let would be perfect.

I’d prefer somewhere near Haringey, Edmonton, Finsbury, or Southgate, but I’m open to other North London areas as well.
