Room wanted

Room wanted, large with wardrobe and bed, looking for decent space while i look for next opportunity. Currently not working but can cover 3 months rent upfront, 6 if dealing through estate agents. And will need to be ok with dss claimants as I'll technically be one. Have some furnishings from previous flat hence large room wanted . Very clean tenant, spend most time on tablet etc at the moment and looking for affordable house shares with people who prefer their own space and general kitchen hello. Happy to negotiate within reason any criteria room might not meet or preferences I've listed. Many thanks
