35 year old easy going make quiet and clean

I'm 35 years old, easy going. I am a clean, tidy and quiet. I am able to get references from the last two landlords. One being a HMO house in Stevenage and another being renting a room in Ashwell.
Looking for a room for a long term stay - Housing benefit paid directly to landlord each month. ( Guaranteed payment, No late payments etc. Never had an issue with paying rent or housing benefit. On longterm sick due to health conditions)

I can provide character references and obtain references from previous landlords.

I am urgently looking for somewhere to live due to circumstances changing and had to move out, I am currently staying here and there and get desperate to find a room to rent - 1 bed flat.
