Quiet room with en suite required

A single or double room with en-suite required in a quiet home for a 58 year old female. I'm currently in recovery for mental health problems so I'm claiming benefits but looking for part time work. A have a deposit ready. I am a clean and responsible person. I'm currently living at my mums who has dementia and was looking after her until I became unwell.
