I’m particularly looking for flat/house within 30mins of Liverpool St, although the closer the better. I work hybrid so space for a desk is needed, and some form of outside space is preferable but not a deal breaker.
I enjoy getting cheap theatre tickets, finding new food spots, going out for drinks, I’m a pop girlie who loves a concert (I’m very excited for Harry styles’ upcoming return!), I’m a football fan and West Ham season ticket holder for my sins, I love travelling, exploring all London has to offer and generally socialising with friends.
I have flexibility on when I can move, some time between end of Jan and mid Feb is preferable. My budget is around £1100 without bills.
