Easygoing creative seeks cute living situation

Hi!

I am a British artist and musician currently in Berlin and hoping to move to London asap!

I would ideally like to live with other people in the realms of arts/design/community/politics/academia but am also open minded and will live with anyone who I get along with. I am a fan of cats, dogs I can sometimes tolerate but not quite as keen. I like to live somewhere that feels like a home and where we eat and hang out communally sometimes, watch films etc.

I'll be getting a studio as soon as possible but until then I will work between home and libraries/other public spaces, as I'm mostly working digitally at the moment.

I am clean, considerate and respectful as a housemate and have some quite nice furniture and other miscellaneous beautiful objects that I can bring. If there is a garden I will happily contribute to any gardening that needs doing, and I enjoy cooking for others too.

I do actually smoke cigarettes sometimes but not super often, and will only smoke outside of course.

I can provide evidence of savings, a guarantor, tax details and landlord references wherever required.
