Looking For A Drama-Free Place To Lay My Head

I work during the day (in finance) and attend school (Kingston University) at day + night, so I’m just looking for a quiet, tranquil, and drama-free place to sleep and rest. I won’t be home much during the weekdays, but on weekends, I may need to squeeze in a few hours to study at home.

I occasionally cook breakfast (omelet, toast, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, etc.) and/or dinner (chicken, turkey, beef); mostly on weekends (meal prep to save money). Please know I eat A LOT of meat, so if the household is vegan or vegetarian or Hindu (i. e., beef-free), it probably won't work out for us.

Due to my preference for tranquility, I prefer to live with either a matured family in their spare room or no more than 2 other individuals to share the entire property. I don't bring people over, so you don't have to worry about any rando coming in/out of the house.

As for my background, I’m ethnically Chinese, Japanese, and British. I’ve spent most of my life living in the US and Canada, with a couple of years in Hong Kong and Singapore.
