Looking For A Drama-Free Place To Lay My Head

Hi, I'm trying to be as transparent and thorough as possible:

I go to Kingston University as a post-graduate full-time and work part-time in finance around Mayfair. I'm either going to school or working during the the weekdays, and on weekends, I like to spend time meal prepping, studying, and watching sports.

Please know:

1) I cook breakfast (e. g., omelets, toast, sweet potatoes, oatmeal) and do meal prep on Sundays for the week ahead (e. g., chicken, turkey, beef, roasted vegetables).

2) I don’t drink or smoke, but I do eat a lot of meat. If the household is vegan, vegetarian, or Hindu (i. e., beef-free), it won’t be a good fit.

3) I travel light and don’t carry cookware or utensils. While it’d be great to borrow some (which I’d clean after use), it’s not a big deal if everyone uses their own.

4) I don’t bring guests over, so you won’t need to worry about strangers visiting.

5) Scheduling — I’m usually up by 5:15 am and go to the gym, so I normally go to bed around 10 pm. On weekends, I’m usually up around 7:30 am and also go to the gym. So, quietness after 10 pm is essential. If you often come home late past 11pm, it wouldn't be a good fit.

What I am looking for:

1) A quiet, tranquil, and drama-free place to rest. I prefer living with a mature family or sharing a property with no more than two other individuals who have had the experience living with others (fewer people typically means less drama). It won’t be a good fit if you often come home past 11 pm. Please note - prefer clear & direct communication and no passive aggressive behaviors please - it just adds drama

2) Assigned space in both the fridge and freezer to store my food and dairy products.

3) I'm organized, clean and courteous so expect the same from housemates - common courtesy, such as cleaning up after yourself (especially after cooking in the kitchen), not leaving dirty laundry in the washing machine if not using, not leaving dirty dishes in the sink all day or overnight, no loud phone calls or slamming doors at night, flush toilets after each use, etc.

4) The size of the room matters less to me than cleanliness, quietness, and overall hygiene.

A little about me:

I was born in China (don't speak Chinese though) to Japanese/Chinese mother and British/Chinese father and spent most of my life living in the US and Canada, with a couple of years in Hong Kong and Singapore. I’m sociable, enjoy sports (NBA, NFL, F1 & UFC), and love meeting new people and exploring the city (new to London).

NOT British, and I'm here on visa (all the necessary paperwork is in hand for the reference check). From my end, I'll ask for photo ID and proof of property ownership or tenancy.
