Looking for a new calm living situation

Hey there, I’m a 29 year old single male but don’t panic I promise I’m house trained and chill. I’m moving out of Notting Hill back to South East where I’m from to get out of the city a little and make some changes including job and long term living situation. I’m a recording studio engineer and music producer working in a large studio on big music projects. I’m currently going a little more freelance and setting up shop away from large studios so my work routine often works out that I work heavily on a project for a couple weeks, where you wouldn’t see much of me, and then have a bunch of days off where I’m at home either working on some bits on my own or chilling, When chilling I’m pretty introverted, I like to cook, read, listen to records, exercise, I like films, and the occasional blow out.

I’m looking for a double room in a small place with 2-3 people, or otherwise a small 1 bed apartment. Feeling too old for a manic households and large living situation so hopefully can find a respectful, quiet and comfortable situation. It’s important to me that having a friend or two for dinner is okay with everyone and also having someone stay here and there. That being said I’m definitely not the type where that would be super regular. Im also very much into a very friendly household and abit of community is also important to me.
