1 bedroom Flat / whole property wanted

Hey all.

So about myself, my name is Dean, 33 Years old, lover of all this cheese, and allergic to penicillin.

Good education, able to pass through them and start my Degree in Psychology with Criminology and the University or Brighton - Following they I completed my MSc in Mental Health Nurse and I had up until, a few years ago found my self no longer practicing as a nurse due to the burnt out and high pressure of the job after 16 years.

For the last 16 years I worked in Mental Heath, progressing to Ward Management. Post COVID I was diagnosed with my own mental health issues including addiction issues.

For the first few months of the tenancy the landlord must be agreeable to accept payments from rent for state benefits - (at least until that way you know your rent will never be missed). should this be an issue then happy to provide evidence.

I will be retuning to Uni in Sept 25 to complete my PGCE in Health and Social Care with QTS. So more of my time will be spent out getting classroom experience and uni work.

I am very easy to live with, I like to keep with the general cleaning of the house (no matters who the mess is. I’m a decent cook, love swim and go to the gym. Oh and animal friendly
