Looking for a housemate

Hello 😊
I’m looking to move out of the flat I shared with my ex and ideally sooner rather than later but it won’t be an overnight process
- I have a cat called Pickle who is indoors, he’s very gentle and lovely and very affectionate once he gets to know you.
- My non negotiable is clean and tidy plsssss 🙏🏻
- I have some furniture and essential kitchen bits, so this will all be covered (as long as you don’t mind pink!)
- My preference location wise is Hove and Seven Dials and Western Rd end of town. This isn’t completely fixed though
- Having a home where you feel relaxed and comfy is so vital and I’d like to co create this vibe with someone. I’m quite socially busy but work from home 4 days a week. I’ll always be respectful of someone who prefers to be introverted at home / won’t force convo as I’m often quite quiet at home and like to switch off after work etc.
