Friendly Female looking for room in house share

I’m Frankie and I’m on the search for a new room to rent!
I’ve been living in Surbiton for the last 3 years now both as a sole occupant and in a 2 bed shared flat. I have a clean space clear mind mentality so am hugely considerate and respectful when sharing a space. I enjoy my own company but am also looking for a homely environment - I. e. movie nights, wine Wednesday, group dinners etc.
I am currently working in operations management in the marine industry.
I am nearing the end of my current tenancy and would love to start living in a shared sociable house again.
My landlord is also putting my flat up for sale in the coming weeks so thought I’d get a head start on the search! Ideally looking for somewhere to move into mid to late January 2025
