Looking for a nice room

I'm a mature, clean, quiet and tidy professional looking for a double room/en-suite or studio as close as possible to RG20TG.
I'm 45 but I don't look like one 😉 age is just a number 😉

What I'm after:

Quiet and clean house
Quiet neighborhood (if possible)
Live in landlord would be great
No more than 4/5 people in the house
I like animas so no issue if you have one
Fast broadband (but not nessesary)
En-suit or max 1 person to share bathroom with
No smoking in the house
Parking

I'm flexible and I can adjust to any situation or property. I used to live with a family with 3 small kids for 8.5 years and we never had and issues.

Looking for long term rent.
