We’re two friends looking for a third flatmate to team up with and find a great 3-bedroom flat in London starting from January 2025.

A bit about us:
• We met at university and have been friends ever since.
• We both just moved over from New York. One of us is British and the other is American.
• We both enjoy traveling, running, reading, and exploring London’s oldest pubs.

What we’re looking for in a flatmate:
• Someone friendly, considerate, and happy to socialise with us in the living room from time to time.
• A professional who keeps shared spaces clean and respects everyone’s schedules.

What we’re looking for in a flat:
• A 3-bedroom flat in a North/East London location with good transport links. (<10 mins from a tube station)
• A place with a decent-sized living room where we can hang out together.
• Ideally budgeting under £1,200 per person.
