Double Room for Professional Female

Hello, I'm looking for a double room in a houseshare or to buddy up.

I'm 31 and work in project management on a hybrid basis so preferably looking for a room with a desk or space for one with a desk chair.

Outside of work I love to play hockey 2-3 times a week for a local club. I love to cook, read and be social, whether thats a chat with a cup of tea, sharing some wine or going out for dinner. Love a balance of social and having your own space so no pressure from me either way.
Would love to be in a place with a shared lounge and possibly a dining area to be able to socialise in.

I'm naturally quite tidy and fairly quiet moving around; have been known to accidentally scare housemates who couldn't hear me walking about the house 😅
Happy to share the load of chores and/or contribute towards a cleaner.

I don't smoke so a smoking house would be a dealbreaker but otherwise I'm fairly easy going!
