Room Wanted: Mature, Professional Couple

My wife and I are looking for a double room with an ensuite to rent or studio flat. (Ideally anywhere near Manchester, Birchwood, Warrington). We are a mature, well-educated, and tidy couple seeking a quiet and comfortable living space. Ideally, we are hoping to move as soon as possible if a suitable space becomes available.

I work as a professional photographer and videographer, and my wife is a dedicated teaching assistant. We are non-smokers, do not drink alcohol, and have no pets. We greatly value a clean, respectful environment and are considerate towards others in shared spaces.
