You'll barely notice I'm there!

In need of a modern flat that's close to an underground station, preferably somewhere on the Northern Line. Ideally a room with an Ensuite for myself, happy to pay extra for this. I must vacate my current house by 4th Jan 2025, and need to rent for a minimum of 6 months, looking for 12 months or more. I'd love to find a like minded person that is friendly and sociable, that also enjoys their own company too. This person needs to be in employment in order for us to pay rent on a monthly basis and hold relevant right to rent. I will never have an issue with visitors, especially when staying within our own rooms, however you must respect that the house is our safe space first so no surprise house parties for example.
