27 yr old potentially looking for a new home!

Hi! I’m Abbie I’m 27, currently on an employment break due to health / disability reasons.

I’m potentially looking for a new place to call home from July 2026 in case I cannot fill my current spare room. I can provide a guarantor if needed.

I would like to find a one bed for just myself. My budget is £1100 with bills for a furnished or part furnished place.

I am also open to sharing a 2-3 bed with 1-2 others. Happy to share with pets too.

I’m quiet and tidy, generally keep to myself as I’m often fatigued. I have been living in the same property for 7 years now, and I have kept all the furniture in good condition etc.

I would like to remain in the city center, Cotham, Redland, Kingsdown, Whiteladies Road sorta areas, but am open to elsewhere as long as there are bus routes nearby.

Please let me know if any property is going from July, open to one from June at the earliest to overlap my current tenancy.
