I am a honest, friendly, quiet, clean and tidy person.

I have a serious and permanent full-time job.

I am looking for long-term rent a decently furnished and cozy double room with enough space for luggage storage, with a private bathroom and toilet, with all bills included, as well as access to use the kitchen, and parking space.

If you cannot offer me a private bathroom and toilet, as a compromise option, I can agree to share a bathroom and toilet with a maximum of 1 other person.

In case that you are unable to provide me with a parking space, we could discuss some alternative parking option in your area.

Depending on what you can offer me, we can negotiate a reasonable and fair price.

In general, if you want to have an honest and good tenant for a long period of time who always pays his rent on time, and with whom you will not have any problems, it means that I am the right person.

And of course, when renting the accommodation, I want to get an official rental contract.

Please note that if you are unable to provide me with a official rental contract, this would mean that I will not be renting the accommodation you are offering.
