Looking for Room or Buddy near a Train Station!

Hi!! I'm Ellie, I'm 22 and I'm looking for a double room or someone to buddy up with, preferably within walking distance to Manchester Oxford Road train station or other train station ( Deansgate, Trafford Park, etc). Budget is flexible but ideally £700 without bills would be best.

I am starting a new job at the beginning of January and would like to commute from Manchester. I will be working in the office always on a 2 week schedule, so my hours will vary between weeks.

I'm very clean and like to make where I am living warm and homey. I enjoy socialising (love a pub trip), chilling and watching the telly and a good yap and laugh. I don't know anyone in Manchester so looking to make friends
with like minded people.
