I am moving to London from New Zealand in Jan 2025!

I have secured a job located in Wimbledon. I touch down in London early Jan but looking for a room to rent from around 1st Feb onwards.

Looking for a nice bright room, with an ensuite. Happy to fill a spare room or band together to hunt for a new flat! Would love an all-girls flat in our 20s - a social but wholesome flat! I'm looking for friends as well as flatmates!

BUDGET: £1,200 p/m all inclusive max unless it’s super super nice

AREAS: Wimbledon and surrounding areas with good public transport connections.

A bit about me :

I am half British, half Thai (so you got a local if we ever pop over to Phuket for a gals holiday 😉). I was born in Japan, my favourite place in the world.

Maybe we have some things in common? ⬇️⬇️

• Going out for brunch or dinner (big foodie, love a cheeky cocktail and dressing up!) 🍳 ☕

• Getting out for nice walk and going to farmers/Sunday markets 🌷

• Wanting to do trips and weekend getaways around the UK and Europe

• Pilates girlie era (I’ve also been getting into Barre Fit!)🩰 I like doing exercise classes and wan to try get into running.

• I love love love cooking and hosting mini dinner parties for flatmates and friends (think fresh pasta, homemade tiramisu, espresso martinis) 🍝. Quality time and acts of service are my love languages. I also want to do some cooking classes!

• Crafty girlie - journaling, scrapbooking, sewing and knitting (hobbie insta: @dustyshoeboxclub). I want to give pottery a go too!

• Vintage/second hand shopping ♥️

• I used to do nails as a side hobby (insta: @eclectic. bysara) - so thats a perk! 💅

• Outdoorsy - hikes, kayaking, skiing

I strive to do super well at work, so I also like having my own time and space to chill, focus on my health/exercise and find the right balance.
