26-year-old professional starting UCL Master’s

Hi! I’m Ritvika, a 26-year-old professional moving back to London in September to begin an MSc in Business Analytics at UCL.

I previously lived in the UK for around ten years and have worked in data and insights. I’m currently based in India, so I’m looking for somewhere that can initially be viewed by video, although I may also be able to arrange for someone in London to view on my behalf.

I’m friendly, clean and considerate, and I’m looking for a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. I enjoy spending time with flatmates, but also value privacy, quiet time and respecting each other’s routines.

Outside work and studying, I enjoy reading, painting, exploring cafés, and going for walks around London. I’m sociable but not looking for a party house.

I’m ideally looking for:

• A move-in date around September 2026

• A double or small double furnished room
• A proper shared kitchen and preferably a living room
• Ideally one or two flatmates
SE London location
• A budget of approximately £1,200 per month, with some flexibility for the right home

I’d ideally like to live with friendly, tidy and respectful people in their mid-twenties or older. I’m open to joining an existing flatshare or buddying up with someone compatible to find a two-bedroom flat.
