36 y.o. Canadian looking for flat in zones 1-3

Hi there! I’m planning to move to London beginning of January, coming from Toronto, Canada. I’d love a flat in zones 1-3, one to two roommates, with preferably ensuite bathroom, but that’s not a deal breaker. I’m a very respectful flatmate, who likes to be social, but also enjoys doing my own thing. I work remotely, so will be working from home, but am rather quiet during the workday.

I’m just looking for chill flatmates, who also share a desire for a clean (but doesn’t have to be spotless! hahah), relaxing, and LGBT-friendly place. I definitely prefer more of a quiet home space, especially at night. Feel like a dishwasher and washing machine would be necessary as well. Lastly, would really like a furnished room, as I am coming from so far away and the last thing I want to do when moving is buy furniture, lol.

Outside of work, I’ve gotten more into fitness the past few years, gym, running, volleyball, swimming, so looking forward to that in London. I’m also dying to explore London, as I haven’t been in maybe 25 years 😬

I’d love to move around January 10th, but slightly before or after can work for the right place! Excited to hear from you!
