Looking for place to call home

Hi there! I am looking for a room to rent (in a 2 bed flat ) or a studio. I'm from Canada originally and recently moved down to Brighton after living in Scotland for 3 years. I work remotely as an event planner and mindset coach. A mix of work from home and also love to get out to co-working spaces and cafes. I love wellness, yoga, hiking, nature, spirituality, women's circles, live music, travel and staying active. I don't smoke or drink and I really value a peaceful and comfortable home environment. Ideally an ensuite bathroom and looking for a place with an outdoor space. I'm friendly outgoing and would love to find a place that feels warm and welcoming with a similar minded person. I love doing my own thing but also want to live with someone who enjoys a dinner together, nice chats and getting to know each other. Good, positive energy is very important to me.
