Room / Property in Battersea, Wandsworth, Clapham

Senior Project Manager in Real Estate. I transfer from Birmingham to London for 06/01/25, so ideally I want to move before then (although is slightly flexible each way). My office is in St Pauls, where I will be there minimum 3 days p/w and rest usually WFH.

Looking for a fairly modern property (flat or house) with good surrounding amenities / buzz (gym, bars, restaurants, shops, access to the city etc.).

Ideally I'd like to live with people of a similar age bracket and interests but I'm relatively easy-going. Think the main thing is getting the most out of what London has to offer. Mixed gender is fine.

Main interests:
- Gym, football, hyrox, calisthenics, martial arts, golf (Most things sports/fitness related tbh)
- Going out & socialising (bars, events, restaurants)
- RnB, HipHop, Dance music
- Exploring new places
- Construction / Architecture
- Relax / chill time

I may have an additional flatmate to join on any buddy ups but is not 100% confirmed at the time of writing, hence this ad. They have similar interests to me.
