Seeking room for Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday pm

I am a retired teacher retraining to be a counsellor. I live in Sheffield and will be studying toward a master’s at Birmingham Newman University. I would love to rent a room for Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday evenings/nights as it is a long commute from Sheffield, where I live. I will be at uni all day Wednesday & Friday. I am quiet and super responsible and conscientious. I would also be happy to barter in exchange for accommodation by, for example, childminding, cooking dinner, tutoring, petsitting. I have a flexible schedule so could stay weekends if needed.
