I'm a 29 yo Yorkshire lad, working in Liverpool Street.

I'm looking for a home with a calm atmosphere with socialable respectful flatmates. Modern but cosy, with an ensuite ideally.

Cleanliness is important but I'm not OCD and not looking for perfection. Just a mutual respect for the shared spaces.

I appreciate peaceful evenings and mornings - I won't be bringing any parties home with me!

I WFH 3 days a week and happy for others too as well, as long as we're mindful of each other's space and routines.

I'm happy to consider living with couples but my preference is for a household with individuals. I know we've all got personal lives, so my partner may visit a few times a month but it would be low-key and respectful.

I like to socialiase and be out and about. I'm partial to a pint after work or weekend. I'm also a sucker for a good evening on the sofa.
If you're someone who can mix and match, we'd get on great!

Basically, I'm looking for good people to be flat mates who can become friends :)

(p. s I'm allergic to cats- something to do with their fur?)
