Easy-going Dutch journalist looking for sublet

Hi!

I’m Romée (Ro-may, but I’ll happily answer to Romy too), 27, Dutch, and currently living in SE London.

I work as a freelance journalist and content marketer, which means I spend my days writing, interviewing people, and occasionally sitting in coffee shops looking productive. I’m looking for a room from the end of September, ideally for 5+ months (or longer if possible). A sublet or flexible arrangement would be perfect.

I moved to London earlier this year after doing a journalism internship here last year, and I’ve completely fallen for the city. Outside work, you’ll usually find me at a gig, in a pub, trying a new restaurant, cooking, or exploring a part of London I still haven’t seen.

I’m looking for a friendly, social house where people actually say hello in the kitchen and occasionally end up at the pub together, rather than only communicating via the house WhatsApp. I’m tidy (the kind who replaces the loo roll), considerate, easy-going, and always up for a chat, a house dinner, or a spontaneous pint.

Really hoping to find a place, and people, that feel like home.
