Visiting Scholar With Kid Searh For Double Room

I am a visiting scholar at the Needham Research Institute, and I will be staying in Cambridge with my 7-year-old daughter from 20 January to 17 July 2025. We are looking for a furnished rental for six months at an affordable price. Ideally, the property should be close to a primary school as my daughter will attend school daily. Proximity to the Needham Research Institute or a location within biking distance is highly preferred for ease of commute.

As tenants, we are quiet, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. If you are a potential flatmate, you can expect a calm living environment and the company of a polite and well-behaved child. We are happy to share accommodations with a considerate and tidy person or family.
