Music lover looking for room in Hackney/Islington

Hi, I'm looking for a double room in North / East London (N1, N5, N16, E8, E2) preferably with private bathroom, furnished or unfurnished. My budget is flexible, aiming for 1000-1300 pcm, and up to 1400 pm. Moving dates should be before end March.

A bit about me: I'm a 28-year-old woman who has been living in London for three years now. Prior to that, I lived in France and Switzerland. Professionally, I work as a Data Scientist in a tech company.

Music plays a significant role in my life, and I spend most of my free time playing music, attending gigs, and exploring the city's vibrant music scene. In my current flat, I sometimes invite friends over to jam, and I'd love to continue doing so in my next home if the environment allows it. If you're a music lover or musician yourself, that would be amazing!

As a flatmate, I value respect, tidiness, and cleanliness. I'm looking for a living situation where I can sometimes share dinner and conversation with my flatmates, enjoy some alone time to recharge, and occasionally host friends over. I'm a considerate person who respects others' space and boundaries.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, practicing yoga, spin, and pilates, and making crepes on Sundays.

I’m moving out because my flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend and I want to live in East London, where I already spend most of my time on the weekends.
