Professional Night Worker Seeking Room Near Gym/Wo

I’m a 33-year-old professional currently looking for a double room to rent (ideally with an en suite) near my workplace in Hopwood and gym in Rubery. I work nights (40 hours a week) and spend most of my free time at the gym, so I’m out of the house a lot. When I am home, I enjoy a quiet, relaxed environment and value peace.

I’m seeking a room in a clean and friendly household with respectful housemates. I’d love to live with people who appreciate a calm and drama-free environment, whether they’re working professionals or just laid-back individuals.

The only thing to consider is that I have my 11-year-old son with me on alternate weekends. He has his own camper bed so will need no extra adjustments on your end:

Week 1: Friday 3 pm to Saturday 12 pm

Week 2: Saturday 12 pm to Sunday 7 pm

He’s a well-behaved, football-mad kid, and we’re usually out and about during his visits. I’d make sure we both respect your space and boundaries during those times.
