room to rent for my partner and i

We would be looking to rent for a year or so if the property is right for us.

It would be my girlfriend Maisy, myself, and our small dog Sully, who is very well behaved. I am a chef, and maisy has just completed her degree in accounting and finance and applying for suited jobs in the Leeds area whilst currently still working in hospitality part-time.
Our current place runs out at the end of the month, so we would be looking to find somewhere as soon as possible.

We are tidy, quiet but sociable at times we enjoy, travelling, dog walks, cooking and reading.
