Im freshly out of uni, currently working at a retail store in the city centre. I was renting a flat with a friend, who is now moving to another city next month. Im looking for a place that's close to my work and public transport options.

Id prefer to have a flatmate who is between the ages 20 and 30, student or professional, easy to get along. Id like to be friends with my flatmate, occasionally hanging out in the flat and talking about our respective lives.

I have friends that id like to bring over once in a while, but I don't intend to throw parties or have people over all the time and would prefer if my roommate also shared a similar lifestyle.

I am a very organised person and like to keep my surroundings clean, but I don't really mind if my flatmate isn't as tidy, as long as the common areas are well maintained.

When im at home, I like to watch movies or series, cook simple dishes and just relax.
