I’m a working professional currently based in central Leamington Spa and looking for a good quality professional house share as my current contract is ending soon.

Friendly, respectful and easy-going

Work in tech as a software engineer

Regular gym-goer

Clean and organised

Social but also respectful of personal space

Enjoy cafes, fitness, walks, occasional drinks and exploring the town

What I’m ideally looking for:

Professional house share (mixed professionals welcome)

Sociable and positive atmosphere

Clean and well-maintained property

Preferably en-suite, but open to good options

Central Leamington / Parade area ideally

Walking distance to town centre preferred

Budget: Around £550–£750 including bills depending on the property.

Move-in: 1st September 2026.
