34M professional, looking for flat/buddy

Currently living in the city centre, but looking for something a little nicer and more socialable.

I have only been in Manchester for around 8 months, previously living and travelling in Latin America for 3 years.

I work in financial advice, entirely from the office but may do occasional days from home.

I enjoy going out for a coffee, a few beers at the pub and am very chilled.

I am slowly ticking off the Ethel Peaks in the Peak District, so anyone looking for a hiking buddy on the weekend could work well (I do have a car but parking isn't the be all and end all).

I try to play padel, follow football, cricket and dip in and out of darts/F1. I always have a tv series on the go.

August is the ideal time to move for me, but very flexible on this.
