Mid-20s Professional Looking for Place in London!

Hello all! My name is Lily and I will need a place near SW london starting mid-January (quite flexible on start-date for the right place).

I am 25 (will be 26 upon move-in) and from the US, but have lived and studied in San Francisco, New Orleans, France, Norway, Argentina, and Samoa and experienced many different shared living situations. I will be completing my masters in Dance Anthropology at Roehampton -- Please note that my masters position is salaried so I have a stable income and have also secured a UK garantor in order to pass referencing. I realize I lot of places exclude students but I can assure you that I have regular working hours, excellent references, can pay council tax, and am very reliable!

I am looking for a friendly household with kind, communicative, and clean flat-mates. I will be working and studying at uni during working hours so im not WFH. I would love to have have a friendly relationship with my flatmates and potentially become friends if the vibes are right but im also absolutely fine to have our own separate lives and do have my own friends in London! I am happy in a place where we could all be comforatble to bring the occasional guest over, but not looking for a party house. My interests include music, dance, yoga running, nature, vintage markets, film, museums, and jewelery making. I am very clean and prioritize a clean, organized and cozy environment where everyone contributes to making it a nice place to live.
