Young professional 25F with cat

Looking for a spare room commuting distance from Patchway, in a tidy friendly home. I have a neutered, fully vaccinated cat with a relaxed temperament I would like to bring with me, he would not be aggressive to other cats and is used to living with dogs also. I am looking for somewhere with rent under £830pm.

I enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, birdwatching and climbing. I have some close friends in the area I would love to have around on an occasion, and have no reservations about other people coming around as well. A tidy kitchen and bathroom is very important to me so I would love a place with an active cleaning rota.
